Simon Pastucha

Graduate from California State Polytechnic University Pomona with a degree in Landscape Architecture emphasis on Ecosystematic Design and Sustainability. Simon has reviewed and improved the design of major planning, transportation, and neighborhood projects with a total value in the hundreds of Billions of dollars. His achievements include handling the subdivision of land, preparation of environmental impact reports, crafting new laws for to the Los Angeles Municipal Code involving the simplification of permit entitlement processes.

Simon has won several awards for his work from the American Institute of Architects, the American Planning Association and the Southern California Area Governments SCAG. Simon continues to pursue his passion as a speaker at several international and national conferences on the subjects of Urban Design, Sustainability, Streets Standards, etc.
