Who we are:
We want to partner with all Angelenos to transform Los Angeles into a collection of distinctive, healthy and sustainable neighborhoods. Urban Design Studio was created in late 2006 to provide urban design, landscape and architectural expertise to the Los Angeles Department of City Planning and more importantly to integrate the work of other City Agencies. Our mission is to assist others to think about our great City differently and to implement change. Our goal is to integrate urban design into the development of City policy by doing real planning, being efficient and effective, developing innovative solutions and engaging the community.
